Per new allegations from a informant, Ghislaine Maxwell, now completing a two-decade sentence for sex-trafficking crimes, is allegedly readying a clemency request for consideration by the presidential administration.

Special Treatment Alleged at Federal Prison

Congressional Democrats on the judicial oversight panel revealed that a whistleblower provided evidence indicating Maxwell is preparing the clemency petition. Additionally, they mentioned she has been receiving special treatment at the minimum-security facility in Texas.

Representative Jamie Raskin, the top Democrat on the committee, stated in a official statement that the prison’s warden was assisting the convict with document preparation and submission to support her bid for executive mercy.

Specific details of the clemency request remain unclear, Raskin added.

Claimed Perks and Special Accommodations

Raskin states that, per the insider, the prisoner has been given specially prepared food that are hand-delivered to her living area, and the warden has individually organized exclusive visits for her and her guests.

The visits allegedly include a designated private space for attendees and a variety of food and drinks for her associates.

Maxwell’s visitors were also reportedly permitted to bring computers, which Raskin described as an “unprecedented action” given the potential danger and potential for unsupervised contact.

Reportedly on one occasion, when communications failed for other prisoners, Maxwell was given specific instructions about instructing her contacts to contact and how staff would connect the communication to her.

Supervisor Acting as Assistant

The whistleblower further reportedly told House Democrats that when Maxwell wanted to examine and modify papers “quickly”, she “essentially used” the official as her private aide.

The statement indicates that those writing to her would email documents directly to the supervisor, who would provide them to Maxwell, who would review and edit them and return them to the official to digitize and send to the original sender.

Additional Privileges Alleged

Further perks allegedly granted to Maxwell include time to “play with” a trainee assistance dog – a benefit typically prohibited – as well as exclusive nighttime use to the prison exercise area.

Maxwell’s attorney did not immediately respond to a inquiry regarding the insider's allegations.

Through a spokesperson, the presidential office said that it “will not discuss” on possible pardon appeals.

“As President Trump has stated, pardoning Ghislaine Maxwell is not something he has considered,” the spokesperson noted.

Recently, reports surfaced that she told close associates in emails from prison that she was “much happier” at the new prison than her former location.

This past summer, she was moved from a secure facility in Florida's capital to the minimum-security camp in the state, where most detainees are incarcerated for non-violent offenses and white-collar crimes.

The transfer, which experts described as “unprecedented”, occurred just shortly following she was questioned about the Epstein case by the senior justice official, the official, who also once acted as the President's private attorney.

This questioning came as the administration was facing mounting pressure to disclose additional files related to the ongoing probe and amid intense speculation around Trump's own personal ties to the disgraced financier and convicted sex offender, who was found dead in a New York jail in that year while awaiting prosecution on sex-trafficking charges.

Lawmaker Reactions

Through the statement, Raskin also revealed that he had dispatched a communication to the President, demanding answers about the whistleblower’s allegations, and urged the president to reject Maxwell’s commutation request.

“You should not grant any form of clemency to this convicted and unrepentant criminal,” the representative stated in the letter. “The government must not offer her with room service, with puppies to play with, with federal law enforcement officials waiting on her every need, or with any special treatment or institutional privilege at all.”

The congressman asked that the official attend a open legislative session to discuss the revelations and also posed three questions to Trump.

He inquired whether he had discussed a potential commutation for the convict with the official or others, whether he had instructed Blanche or anyone else to provide her with the move or special conditions in detention, and whether she, her lawyers, relatives or agents have made any commitments to the President or his attorneys.

Raskin has asked for a reply to the inquiries by 24 November.

Last month, the US supreme court rejected an appeal from the convict on her trafficking verdict.
